A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
Refunds will be made promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.
This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not residents of a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
B. General Return Information
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
Please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate packaging that provides sufficient protection against transport damage.
Please do not send goods back to us freight collect.
Please note that compliance with the above points is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal, but will make the return process faster and easier.
